ABOUT WORLD WIDE CONFERENCE
CRM and our CoNext Partners are celebrating our fifth World Wide Conference in the summer of 2014! It takes place in Mexico from July 20-26, 2014. July 21-22 – Collective, Affiliated Group and Team Meetings
July 22-25 – World Wide Conference
July 26 – Departure Day ** Additional meeting day for InnerChange, Missional Communities Leadership and SDCT.

There are a limited number of adjoining rooms at the conference site. We will do our best to reserve them for families with small children and babies.
There is also a limited supply of cribs, high chairs, and rollaway beds. Rollaway beds will also be reserved for children sharing a room with their parents.
Water Safety
Please note that there are many open water sources on and around the conference site. This includes swimming pools and the ocean. Keep in mind that we will not be in the United States, and there are no gates separating these water areas from the rooms and dining areas.
It is the sole responsibility of parents to safeguard their children from the water hazards, and we ask that minors not be allowed in the water without their parents present.
Staying after conference
If you would like to stay on and enjoy the Fiesta Americana Condesa property after the conference ends, below are some important details to understand.

The discounted rate is $118.00 per night, per adult. Teens (13-15) are charged at the adult rate. Children (5-12) are $55.00 per night. Younger children (0-4 ) are free. This rate is inclusive (meals and drinks are included).

This discount rate is only available for the nights of July 26, 27 & 28 of 2014.

CRM will not be involved in the billing process for these extra stays. You will pay the property directly upon check out.
